豆單上的每一支豆子都由我們在南青山自家烘焙，幾乎全部淺焙，保留產地本身的風味。包裝標籤以不同顏色的繡線手工縫製，對應每支豆子的風味。｜Every coffee is roasted in-house in Minami-Aoyama, almost always light, to keep the character of its origin. Each label is finished with hand-embroidered thread, its color matched to the flavor.
