Return & Exchange Policy

Coffee beans and drip bags from iff coffee roastery aoyama are food products. Returns and exchanges work as follows.

Not to your taste

Within 10 days of purchase, bring the item back to the shop and we will exchange or refund it in person. Taste-based returns by mail cannot be accepted.

Defects, wrong items, transit damage

If a coffee is defective, tastes clearly off, is the wrong item, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo via our official Line account or Instagram DM. After confirmation we will reship or fully refund, shipping at our expense.
